No. DayBoost works without an account. Your tasks are stored on your phone.

Tap + to add a task, give it a time and a length, and it appears on your timeline. Ideas without a time go to the Inbox until you’re ready to schedule them.

Hold a task on the timeline and drag it to a new time, or open it and change the time.

Check that notifications for DayBoost are allowed in your phone’s Settings, and that a Focus mode or Do Not Disturb isn’t silencing them. On Android, also allow “Alarms & reminders” for DayBoost and turn off battery optimisation for it. In the App, Settings → Notifications → Scheduled notifications lists every upcoming reminder.

Yes. Pick a default sound in Settings → Notifications, or a different one for a single task in its alerts.

In Settings, tap the DayBoost Pro banner and then Restore at the bottom of the plans screen. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy it.

On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → DayBoost. On Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DayBoost. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date; you keep Pro until the end of the paid period.

Refunds are handled by the store you paid. For the App Store, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, open your order history in Google Play and choose Request a refund.
